Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Esori Hair purchase.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind.

To be eligible for a return, hair must be unused, unworn and in its original condition. Hair that has been installed, cut, washed, coloured or altered may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at esorihair@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method.
